我家住宅较小，只得让书屈居卧室一隅。一个书柜早被众“贤’挤满，还来不及“啃”完，又有新书进来，苦于无安顿之所，只好委屈在书桌一方。久之，书渐多，横七竖八堆积成“山”。做家庭作业，我偶尔惊动书山，便会造成“坍方”，翻倒墨水瓶，弄脏书和本，徒增许多烦恼。
白天上学，老师特严，并下有指令：非课内书不可阅也，违者没收。只能在下课时读数行，难解眼“馋”，很是不爽。回家如厕“方便”，拿一本书进去，可谓“一厕两便”，其乐无穷也。难舍难分之际，只听妈妈敲门大吼：“忘记时辰了，半时三刻还不出来，比女人生产还麻烦。”无奈之下，只好在紧要关头刹住。
